Congratulations on taking the first step to becoming the best version of yourself - The first week is just about setting the foundations so that we can build on solid habits and routines over the upcoming months.

Everything you need to get started from nutrition plans and training to check-ins are in steps 1-4 below.

Step 1 – Expectations

Please ensure you do not skip the first 1-14 day video below. Just relax, take some time to log your food accurately, tick off your habits set on the app before I set your calorie target (which will be set 3-7 days after your start date) typically your first Wednesday check in.

Please read over the welcome pack FAQ’s and expectations to ensure we are on the same page from Day 1 and I can support you :)

Step 2 – Check-ins & Trainerize (app)

This is typically how they will work every week (Wednesday due by 10am). Please be on time and respect that a full check in must be completed for feedback to be given within 48hrs you will receive this feedback (Either voice note or video feedback some weeks if we feel it would benefit you more).

Step 3 – Mastering Nutrition

What do I even eat? How do I hit my macros and protein Hayls?

You must master tracking to learn portion control, improve eating habits that will fast track your results.

It can be overwhleming at the start of any new journey - so please just take this first 14 days to get into routine and habit of planning ahead.

During your first 30 days you will want to try using some examples and methods from the ‘meal planning’ like a pro video here….

Step 4 – Consistency & PLANNING drives results

7 days a week is important to log so I can set your calories and adjust them accurately (1 day BEFORE your day starts) not logging as you go being reactive.

We will start with habit shifting, routine and review over the coming weeks together.

Nutrition consistency and mindset is 80-90% of YOUR RESULTS….

Prepare some meals to save you time and use some of the full day of eating examples to start with (keep it simple).
