Frequently Asked Questions:

  • It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts, although you’d need some very basic equipment like resistance bands etc.

  • Yes! Absolutely everything is delivered online, we have clients from USA, South Africa, you name it! As long as you have access to the internet, you’re all set :)

  • No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.

  • Absolutely, this will be part of your 6-week review, and you can change your goals and targets depending on what you want to work towards. Please keep in mind that I will ultimately give you the best advice for your long-term goals, which may not always match up with what you decided you want to do week to week.

  • Make me aware of holiday length and location so I can factor it into your roadmap. People go on holiday… sometimes multiple times, you must be educated on how to progress/maintain while being on holiday or this whole process is pointless. You should be able to stay in shape FOR LIFE. Not just the duration of your programme.

  • 100%. Everything is built around you and your lifestyle. My coaching is designed to be fully flexible, so no matter how busy you are we can make it work.

  • It will not be an issue at all, most of my clients have VERY busy and demanding jobs. Your plan will be adapted and will accommodate for any schedule changes/travel.

  • Yes. The minimum amount of time I’ll work with anybody for is 12 weeks. The reason being is that from experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits you may have picked up, as well as cement new ones. However, most clients end up working with us for over 12-18 months. Life-changing takes time!

  • Google gives you meal plans HOWEVER, I teach you long term lasting strategies. Let’s be honest, who wants a boring meal plan to live on? You will have a personalised nutritional target to meet and full day of eating examples & support - you have flexibility to CHOOSE you own meals that you ENJOY using 100’s tasty recipe books, eating out guides etc. This is a FLEXIBLE, long term EDUCATED approach (vegan & vegetarian options too).

Nutrition

Our approach to nutrition is tailored to your personalised calorie needs. We work together to help you come up with plan that is manageable, realistic and sustainable. Let’s be honest, meal plans are boring… they do not teach you anything long term and do not allow you flexibility to eat out and make “educated” choices with friends, navigate social occasions or ‘off plan’ holidays/events.

This is why I teach my clients more about their food habits/choices, on a weekly basis we analyse their food diaries, teach them about WHY, not just ‘how’ to reach a specific goal.

Whether it’s teaching you different dieting methods, calorie cycling for social occasions, flexible food strategies, or anything in between, your day will be based around foods that you love and already eat on a daily basis. You’re not “going on a diet”, you already HAVE a diet, we just need to make it work better for you.

I can guarantee you that you won’t have to give up any of the things that you love. In fact, I’ll be encouraging you to eat them on a daily basis. That’s how we’ll achieve Full Food Freedom & diet adherence (without falling off the wagon).

Training

Setting goals is one thing. But it’s a whole different ball game when you find yourself in a place where you actually enjoy exercising with FULL confidence and exercise knowledge.

You will have unlimited form checks and guidance with our confidence builder strategy…so you won’t have to worry about gym anxiety anymore!

For me, the perfect training programme is the right balance of things that you LOVE, and things that you need to get to that next level. Whether it’s running, yoga, classes or weightlifting (or a mix)…I’ll make sure that your workout schedule is tailor-made to suit your lifestyle, flexible to move the days and adjusted as we continue to track, record and measure progress in our app we use.

I will guarantee maximum results in the most enjoyable way, we will monitor and adjust your programme when needed and lay out some clear focuses to enable you to progress at home or in the gym.

Mindset

I can’t emphasise enough what a powerful tool a mindset is, especially if you want to be thriving in all aspects of your life (career, health, relationships). Having said that, this isn’t just about thinking ‘positively’ and ‘believing in yourself’ to achieve your goal.

THIS is a set of behaviours, impulse decisions, beliefs, personal boundaries, values, expectations or even perhaps “people pleasing” tendencies that have stopped you from succeeding previously on your fitness journey.

This is more about becoming aware of how your own mind, your own boundaries work so that you can get yourself in the right frame of mind and be open to growth.

It’s about understanding why some women are consistently improving their health and quality of life, while others give up before they even start and stay stuck in a rut wishing they gave themselves a chance to gain control of impulse decisions and fear of failure.

Support & Daily Accountability

Support is an integral part of this bespoke service. Any time you're ready for that difficult conversation, or need a nudge on progress, I'm here for you 24/7. We even have a group chat for added support and a strong community of ladies on a similar journey as you, supporting you as well if you need it.

Accountability is essential to this process and having someone who can point out the areas in your life that may need extra attention is crucial. We have an in house success and accountability coach who is an additional level of support through the week, we ensure that what needs to be done is in place for you to succeed. No question is ever “silly” enough to ask, you have our full support and guidance.

The weekly in-depth progress check videos, performance feedback analysis, access to a daily support group and Zoom 1-1 review calls will ensure that you are supported throughout your journey on a personal level.

Education

Education, is something that I definitely take seriously. Anybody can follow a cookie cutter meal plan for a few weeks. If you’re looking to make lasting change, you’re going to want to get some education.

Knowledge is power! For me personally, education isn’t just about the “what”, but also the “why” and the “how”. I make sure to take the time with each and every one of my clients to teach you everything you need to continue to life a healthy and happy lifestyle even after we finish working together.

We have a client portal that you will have access to during your time in our body confidence 180 programme. This includes access to group calls, full day of eating examples, weekly shopping guidance, managing sleep/stress, 15+ eating out restaurant guides, routine and meal timing, specialised diet guidance, unlimited training form video analysis, 100’s tasty recipes, recorded webinars on women’s health topics (menstrual cycle, metabolic health, eating out and staying on track, navigating the holidays etc.) & SO MUCH MORE!!
